By downloading, installing, or using ROW IDE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
License
ROW IDE is distributed under an open-core license. The core platform is free for individual developers. Enterprise features require a paid subscription. See our pricing page for details.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of ROW IDE and any connected AI providers. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Do not use ROW IDE for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
AI Provider Usage
When using cloud AI providers, their respective terms of service apply. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with each provider's policies. Local AI models operate entirely on your machine.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all code, projects, and data you create using ROW IDE. Row Studios claims no intellectual property rights over your work.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. By using ROW IDE, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
ROW IDE is provided "as is" without warranty. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be updated or modified at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Row Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using ROW IDE at any time. Upon termination, your local data remains on your machine.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as needed. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform or email.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
